Black people are not a monolith, but 99 percent of our experiences are shared. As a journalist and storyteller, too many people outside of our community tell our stories. This pod focuses on US, intellectually, socially and culturally.
Being from Mississippi, black southern culture embodies a myriad of different genres and this podcast will seek to explore our similarities and differences, rooted in our culture.
